Between natural and historical beauties
Staying at our relais means having the opportunity to discover Capri, one of the most fascinating islands in the Mediterranean, famous worldwide for its extraordinary natural beauty, breathtaking views, and timeless historical treasures.
Capri enchants with its unique scenery, where nature and history blend in perfect harmony. Among the unmissable wonders are the famous Faraglioni, the symbol of the island, which emerge majestically from the crystalline sea, offering one of the most iconic spectacles in the Mediterranean. The Blue Grotto is also extraordinarily beautiful, famous for its reflections of light that paint the water a deep, magical blue, capable of surprising every visitor.
Strolling through the island’s most evocative sights, a visit to the iconic Piazza Umberto I, simply known as the Piazzetta, and the splendid Villa San Michele, with its panoramic gardens, is a must. A visit to the majestic Gardens of Augustus is a must, offering spectacular views of the Faraglioni and the famous Via Krupp, one of Italy’s most fascinating scenic roads.
For those who love nature, hiking, and spectacular views, Mount Solaro, the highest point on the island, along with the evocative Eremo di Cetrella, offers an unforgettable view of Capri, Anacapri, and the entire Gulf of Naples.
Equally fascinating is the Punta Carena Lighthouse, one of the most important in Italy, where breathtaking sunsets paint the sky and sea with unique hues. The Sentiero dei Fortini begins here, characterised by the ancient artillery positions built in the 19th century to defend the island from raids, a path that winds through evocative panoramas and uncontaminated nature until it leads to the iconic Blue Grotto.
